Welcome to VALERZO. These Terms of Service (Terms) apply to the use of our website, online store, and all related services offered by VALERZO. By visiting our website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

VALERZO imports and sells Italian clothing through its online webshop.

2. Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, deliveries, services, and agreements concluded through our website. By using our webshop, you agree to these Terms.

3. Products
VALERZO sells Italian clothing, consisting of standard collections and custom-made products. The webshop is entirely digital, and there is no physical store. Products are displayed as accurately as possible, but colors and materials may vary due to screen settings. No rights can be derived from this.

4. Ordering and Formation of the Agreement
An order is final when payment has been successfully completed and you have received a confirmation email from us. As long as no confirmation email has been sent, VALERZO is not obliged to deliver the order.

5. Payment Methods
At VALERZO, you can pay via iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, credit card, Shop Pay, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express, Visa, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

6. Shipping and Delivery
VALERZO ships worldwide. Shipping is handled by PostNL, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. Fulfillment is handled by Sendcloud. Delivery times vary by country and region. VALERZO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Return Policy
You can return products within fourteen days of receipt. Return costs are borne by the customer. Exclusions for return include worn clothing, underwear, and products not in their original condition, such as missing labels, damage, or missing packaging. After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method.

8. Warranty
VALERZO guarantees that products are delivered in proper condition. If a product is received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you can return it free of charge and receive a full refund of the purchase amount. The warranty does not apply to damage due to improper use or wear and tear from wearing.

9. Accounts
Customers can create an account to track orders, store personal data, and stay informed about new collections. The customer is responsible for securely storing login credentials.

10. Liability
VALERZO is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, or delays caused by carriers, customs, or technical malfunctions. Total liability remains limited in all cases to the amount of the respective order.

11. Intellectual Property
All images, texts, designs, and content on the VALERZO website are the property of VALERZO or its partners and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

12. Privacy
VALERZO processes personal data in accordance with its privacy statement. By using the webshop, you declare to have read this policy. If desired, a privacy statement can be drawn up.

13. Changes to Terms
VALERZO reserves the right to amend these Terms. The most recent version will always be available on the website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable at that time.

14. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to these Terms. All disputes will be handled by the Dutch court.
